Hasan Kınay

Travel Entrepreneur

Hasan was born in Istanbul. He studied business and discovered the travel industry before finishing school, and fell for it immediately. He went on to build one of Istanbul's first community-led food tours, now among the most-booked across major platforms, turning the neighbourhood he grew up in into an experience for visitors. From there he used his background in technology to help improve travel businesses across the industry. He founded Unique Istanbul Experiences to tell the story of Istanbul and Turkey, after earlier founding Earthissimo, a global marketplace.
